“Frequently my consulting work is aimed at helping to resolve difficult one on one relationships. In these cases we use the Conflict Dissolution Booklet as a guide for a four session reflection for the pair, to assist them in gaining more self-knowledge and moving past their differences to a more productive and enjoyable relationship. I will share our experiences in using the booklet as a way of organizing some of the Schutz Elements for this purpose. I will take you through some of the successful exercises for dissolving conflict and fostering otheresteem.”
Exploring the challenge of staying tenderly and sincerely open to the world and clients who are resistant, judgmental, opinionated, boring, egotistical and do not seem to appreciate our great wit and wisdom.
“I’ll examines the emerging Emotional Intelligence (EI) landscape, some of its neurological substrates and the overall impact on human behavior in general, and interpersonal relations in particular. We’ll explore the area of interpersonal relations from the perspective of the intersection of the EI and Element B landscapes, and share practical applications of this knowledge.”
We’ll use the expanded model of the Stages of Team Development to sharpen your ability to design team interventions and coach team leaders.
We still have openings for a few presenters. If you are interested, please contact Gary Copeland. Check back soon for the final agenda. |
