Radical Collaboration®

Radical Collaboration workshops shift people's attitudes towards conflict from a defensive, adversarial "Red Zone" attitude to a more effective and collaborative "Green Zone" attitude. Maintaining a Green Zone attitude is the single most important thing leaders and team members can do to increase their effectiveness when working to turn conflict into collaboration.

Radical Collaboration presents eight tools for breaking free of old, conflict-prone communication patterns and ten strategies for encouraging collaboration as well as a step-by-step method of negotiating their way through conflict. Click here to find out more information.

Bridge the Communication Gap
Using LIFO® Interpersonal Skills

In this workshop, participants learn strategies for dealing with differences in fundamental values, goals, and priorities that are the most common sources of interpersonal conflict. They learn how to:

  • Reduce resistance and increase acceptance by identifying and appealing to the values, goals, and needs of all parties to the conflict.
  • Create a non-defensive, open atmosphere in which information flows more freely so problems are identified more quickly and solutions discussed more freely.
  • Resolve differences in values, priorities, and interpretations of information for identifying mutually satisfying solutions.
As a result, participants resolve conflict more easily and collaborate more effectively with colleagues, supervisors, direct reports, suppliers, and clients.
