While most organizations are eager to devote time and resources to solving technical and procedural problems, they often falter when attending to the human factors that affect the performance of their executives, managers, and employees. Addressing low morale, mistrust, passive-aggressive behavior, or any number of other human performance problems can seem fraught with risk, likely to stir up confusing and complex issues that are best left untouched. But graduates of The Human Elementworkshops know how to address these issues in constructive ways that release tremendous power for real change in organizations.
